Berlin Board of Health Legal Notice - Public Hearing The Berlin Board of Health has scheduled a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at the request of Innovative Septic Design, Inc. on behalf of the owners of , 60 Marlboro Road, Berlin, MA 01503. The hearing will take place at 7:30PM via Zoom, and is in regards to a 3-bedroom replacement septic system. The proposed system design will require multiple variances from the Town of Berlin Board of Health Regulations for Sewage Disposal as follows: Berlin Board of Health Regulations for Sewage Disposal 1. Regulation: Berlin BOH – IV. D.: Two percolation tests in the primary leaching facility area. 2. Regulation: Berlin BOH - III. N.: Reserve area to be shown on plan of equal capacity to promary leaching facility.
