Bid Advertisement Invitation JE Dunn Construction Company + Henry Carlson Construction, a Joint Venture, is soliciting proposals for all remaining scopes of work for the Men's Level V Correctional Facility/State of South Dakota - Department of Corrections, at Sioux Falls, South Dakota OSE#C1224--01X. Scopes of work included with this advertisement include the following: final cleaning, site and building concrete, precast erection, modular precast cell erection, structural and misc. steel, hoisting, masonry, general carpentry (including rough carpentry, finish carpentry/ casework, expansion joint covers, commercial doors, frames and hardware, division 10 specialties, gymnasium equipment and stadium seating), waterproofing, joint sealants, fiber cement and metal panels, membrane roofing, spray and intumescent fireproofing, overhead doors, commercial glazing systems, stained glass restoration, gypsum drywall and framing, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and carpet, resinous epoxy coatings, sealed concrete, polished concrete, painting, signage, loading dock equipment, laundry equipment, food service equipment, elevators, asphalt, landscaping and irrigation. Please be advised that the following scopes of work have been solicited separately and are not a part of this solicitation: earthwork, structural excavation, site utilities, fence, precast materials, modular precast cells, detention equipment, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage systems, and security electronics. Trade Partners will submit bids via the Office of the State Engineer's Electronic Bidding Software. Individual Links with specific bid times for each bid package/scope of work will be issued via addendum per section 00 11 16 – Invitation to Bid of the Front-End Documents. Electronic Bid Proposals are due on April 21st. An optional pre-bid proposal conference will be held on March 31st 1:00pm CST. The pre-bid proposal conference will be held virtually.
