Bid- Electrical Animal Shelter Receipt of Bids: Separate sealed bids on forms prepared by the Engineer will be received by the Town of Woodbury, Town Clerk, 615 Route 32, PO Box 1004, Highland Mills, NY 10930 until 2 p.m. on April 21, 2026 for the Town of Woodbury Animal Shelter Project – Electrical Contract in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents prepared by Pitingaro & Doetsch Consulting Engineers P.C. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Coordinate with the Town of Woodbury Supervisor or his/her designate designee along with the general contractor to schedule construction activities to ensure that the day to day operations of the Animal Shelter can be accommodated.Furnish and install a complete new electrical service for the manufactured cat building.Furnish and install all electrical improvements for the renovated dog kennel building.Furnish and install all electrical improvements for the renovated cat quarantine building.The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary for Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. This project is funded by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets and is subject to MWBE goals and additional required documentation listed in Table of Contents.The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 11 a.m. on April 7, 2026 at the Animal Shelter, 71 Schunnemuck Road, Highland Mills, NY 10930.
