Bid Notice and Advertisement The Aliquippa School District is seeking proposals for a comprehensive furniture package for a new construction project. This RFP covers the procurement, delivery, assembly, and installation of all furniture items as specified in the RFP. The intent is to secure a "turn-key" solution where the vendor manages all logistics from factory to final placement at the New Field House, located at 100 Harding Avenue, Aliquippa, PA 15001. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to deliver a complete, fully functional, and code-compliant installation in accordance with the RFP. The scope of the work is intended to be comprehensive. The bidder is responsible for all components required to achieve a finished, operational, and legally compliant project, regardless of whether every individual item is explicitly detailed in the RFP. The selected vendor will be responsible for the procurement, delivery and physical installation, where applicable, as defined in the specifications. Sealed bids are due on July 31, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Office of the Superintendent of the School District located at 100 Harding Avenue, Aliquippa, PA 15001. Bid packages with specifications may be obtained and any questions concerning the equipment and specifications should be directed to Stephen Paxton, Architect, at telephone number (724) 624-1643; Email: stephen@paxtonarchitect.com. The equipment and installation, where applicable, contract is expected to be awarded on or about August 12, 2026. No bidder may withdraw the bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set forth in the opening of the bids.
