Market Street, P.O. Box 1128, 44691-7082 until twelve o'clock noon, Monday, April 6, 2026 here in accordance with the specifications on file. Description: Bituminous Asphalt Contract Ending Date: December 31, 2026 Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured. All interested parties must complete the Plan holder Registration form through the City's ViewPoint website, https://woosteroh.viewpointcloud.com/categories/1072/record-types/6496 in order for bids to be considered.
