At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
BD-1996-229 BELL ROAD Request a special exception for a private school to be located at 2130 Bell Road in an R-85 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2025-030 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE Request a rear yard variance for an addition to the dwelling located at 2600 Knollwood Drive in an R-85 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-1982-270 HUNTER LOOP ROAD Request a special exception for a mobile home for living purposes to be located at 465 Hunter Loop Road in an AGR-2 (General Agriculture) Zoning District.
BD-2025-039 LOUISVILLE STREET Request a height variance for a new ID sign to be located at 1505 Louisville Street in a M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District.
BD-1992-231 COOSADA FERRY ROAD Request a variance to the Flood Ordinance (Ord. 47-2020) for an accessory structure to be located at 4445 Coosada Ferry Road in R-50 (Single-Family Residential) and FH (Flood Hazard) Zoning Districts.
BD-1983-069 LOWER WETUMPKA ROAD Request a special exception for a private school to be located at 2414 Lower Wetumpka Road Avenue in M-1 (Light Industry) and M-2 (Industrial Park) Zoning Districts.
BD-2025-040 TULANE AVENUE Request a special exception for a residential group home to be located at 3602 Tulane Avenue in an R-60-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District.
BD-1963-179 MCGEHEE ROAD Request a variance to Ordinance No. 17-2014 for a place of amusement and assembly located at 3447 McGehee Road, Units O, P & Q, in a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District.
BD-2025-041 LANCASTER LANE Request a front yard variance for an accessory structure to be located in the required front yard at 3601 Lancaster Lane in an R-100 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2025-042 SANDERS LANE Request a special exception for a mobile home for living purposes to be located on the north side of Sanders Lane, approximately 700 ft. north of Hayden Drive, in a FH (Flood Hazard) Zoning District.
BD-2025-043 FELDER AVENUE Request a special exception for a bed & breakfast to be located at 643 Felder Avenue in an R-60-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2010-024 WARES FERRY ROAD Request a special exception for a private school to be located at 5510 Wares Ferry Road, Suite N, in M-1 (Light Industry) and B-3 (Commercial) Zoning Districts.
