Board of Adjustment
At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
BD-2025-054 SEATON PLACE Request a special exception for a private school to be located at 8191 Seaton Place in an O-1 (Office) Zoning District.
BD-2025-056 DURBIN STREET Request a special exception for an accessory structure without a main dwelling to be located at 3867 Durbin Street in a FH (Flood Hazard) Zoning District.
BD-2025-057 FELDER ROAD Request a special exception for living quarters and sanitary facilities in an accessory structure to be located at 5612 Felder Road in am AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District.
BD-2025-058 ARROWHEAD DRIVE Request a special exception for an assisted living facility to be located at 201 Arrowhead Drive in an AGR-2 (General Agriculture) Zoning District.
BD-2025-059 FEDERAL DRIVE Request a variance to Ord. No. 33-2017 (Landscape Ordinance) for a new building to be located at 1630 Federal Drive in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
BD-2025-060 WASHINGTON FERRY ROAD Request a variance to the Flood Ordinance (Ord. 47-2020) and a special exception for an accessory structure located on a parcel without a main dwelling at 3572 Washington Ferry Road in FH (Flood Hazard), R-50 (Single-Family Residential), and R-99-p (Mobile Home Park) Zoning Districts.
