Board of Adjustment
At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
BD-2022-024 Twain Curve Request a special exception to operate a church located at 411 Twain Curve Unit A1 in a M-1 Zoning District.
BD-1999-199 Fannin Rd Request a special exception for a mobile home to be used for living purposes to be located at 3495 Fannin Road in an FH (Flood Hazard) Zoning District.
BD-2026-012 E South Blvd Request a variance to Ord. 17-2014 and a special exception for a place of amusement and assembly (lounge) to be located at 115 East South Boulevard in a B-4 (Commercial) Zoning District.
BD-1994-119 Williams Road Request a coverage variance and special exception for an accessory structure without a main dwelling to be located at 3913 Williams Road in an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2026-014 Balmoral Road Request a special exception for a recreational vehicle to be stored at 5937 Balmoral Road in an R-85 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2026-015 Allendale Road Request a special exception for sanitary facilities in an accessory structure to be located at 2224 Allendale Road in R-125 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2000-041 French Street Request a coverage variance, side yard variance, front yard variance, and special exception for accessory structures without a main dwelling to be located at 1803 French Street in an R-65-D (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2026-016 Berryhill Road Request variance to Ord. 8.6.1 (Landscape Ordinance) for a new building located at Berryhill Road, the Southeast corner of Berryhill Road, and South of Parkview Dr. in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
BD-2026-017 Decker Lane Request parking variance for a new building to be located at 8172 Decker Lane in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
BD-2026-018 Eastdale Circle Request a special exception for an animal kennel to be located on the south side of Eastdale Dr., approximately 300 ft. east of Eastdale Circle, in a B-5 (Commercial) Zoning District, {proposed B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District}.
BD-1994-120 Market Place Request a special exception for a private school to be located at 79 Market Place in a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District.
