At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
9404 EASTCHASE PARKWAY Request final approval of Parkway Place Plat No. 1 located off Eastchase Parkway, across from Boyd-Cooper Parkway, in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
9405 BERRYHILL ROAD Request final plat approval of Marriott at Eastchase located east side of Berryhill Road and between EastChase Lane and Parkview Drive in a PUD (Planning Unit Development) Zoning District.
DP-2026-007 BERRYHILL ROAD Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located on east side of Berryhill Road and between EastChase Lane and Parkview Drive in a PUD (Planning Unit Development) Zoning District.
DP-2025-034 FEDERAL DRIVE Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located at 1630 Federal Drive in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
DP-1981-160 EASTERN BLVD Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located at 1200 Eastern Blvd in a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District.
9406 COOSADA FERRY ROAD Request final plat approval of Davis - Coosada Road No. 1 located on Coosada Ferry Road approximately 355 feet southeast of Maddox Ct in a R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
9407 FOLMAR PARKWAY Request final plat approval of Interstate Industrial Park 7A located on Folmar Parkway across from Bill Joseph Parkway in a M-3 (General Industry) Zoning District.
RZ-2026-011 PHILLIP STREET Request recommendation for approval to rezone property located at the northwest end of Phillip Street (aka 8 Phillip Street) from a M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District to an R-99-S (Mobile Dwelling Subdivision) Zoning District.
9408 SOUTH ARROWHEAD DRIVE Request final plat approval of Cotton Field Place No. 2 located on South Arrowhead Drive approximately 27 feet from the corner Atlanta Hwy in a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District.
MP-2019-001 BERRYHILL ROAD Request approval of a revised master plan located east side of Berryhill Road and between EastChase Lane and Parkview Drive in a PUD (Planning Unit Development) Zoning District.
RZ-2026-006 SOUTH PERRY STREET Request recommendation for approval to rezone property located on the southwest corner of South Perry Street and West Hannon Street (aka 1000 South Perry Street) from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to an R-60-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District.
RZ-2026-010 TRAVEL TRAIL Request recommendation for approval to rezone property one (1) located approximately 1,000 ft. north of Atlanta Highway and approximately 700 ft. west of Wares Ferry Road (aka 176 Travel Trail) from a M-1-Q (Light Industry-Qualified) Zoning District to an R-125 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
RZ-2026-005 DAY STREET Request recommendation for approval to rezone property on the northwest corner of Day Street and Old Thorington Road (aka 3720 Day Street) from a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District to a B-1-a (Central Business) Zoning District.
