Board of Director Filing

Board of Director Filing The Consolidated Public Water Supply District No 2 of Audrain County, Missouri (CPWSD No 2 / District) will be accepting filings for the Board of Directors positions available in Sub-Districts #2 & #3. All persons are required to file at the CPWSD No 2 office located at 19105 Hwy 22, Mexico, MO 65265 during business hours. The opening date for filings is 8:00 a.m. on December 9, 2025 and filings will close at 5:00 p.m. December 30, 2025. All candidates are required to file Form 5120 with the Missouri Dept. of Revenue and CPWSD No 2 stating that the candidate is not delinquent on any taxes. All candidates shall be a resident landowner in CPWSD No 2 and shall have resided in said District one whole year before his/her election and shall be a water user of said District. They shall be at least twenty-five years of age and shall not be delinquent in the payment of taxes and/or their water billing with CPWSD No 2. The Board Member term is for 3 years.
