The project will include 55 units for senior households with income at or below 50% of Area Median Income. Units may have provisions for supportive services. The project owner is applying for Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery funds and 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the Louisiana Housing Corporation and anticipates that project financing may potentially include other public and private funding sources/tax credits such as assigned or newly committed financial resources from LHC, the State of Louisiana, Terrebonne Parish, and/or HUD.
