Borough Of Franklin Lakes Zoning Board of Adjustments - Notice of Hearing Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Borough of Franklin Lakes and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that Mary Premtaj, owner of the property commonly known as 1058 Franklin Lake Road, also known as Lot 13 in Block 1107 on the tax assessment map of the Borough of Franklin Lakes, pursuant to Section 300-121 of the Land Use Ordinance of the Borough of Franklin Lakes. The applicants sought relief with respect to placement of a patio, hot tub and shed within the side yard setbacks of a nonconforming lot. The applicants also seek whatever other variances, permits, waivers, exceptions, deviations or approvals the Board deems to be required. A public hearing with respect to this application has been scheduled for November 13, 2025 at 7:30p.m. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers of the Franklin Lakes, 480 DeKorte Drive, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417. All interested parties are invited to attend and participate during the live meeting.
