Borough of Beach Haven ORDINANCE #2025-20 BOND ORDINANCE STATEMENT AND SUMMARY The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Beach Haven, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey (the "Borough") on September 8, 2025 and the twenty (20)-day period of limitation within which a suit, action or proceeding questioning the validity of such ordinance can be commenced, as provided in the Local Bond Law, has begun to run from the date of the first publication of this statement. The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows: Title: AMENDMENT TO BOND ORDINANCE NUMBER 2022-25 RELATED TO IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BOROUGH EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER FINALLY ADOPTED BY THE BOROUGH OF BEACH HAVEN, IN THE COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY ON NOVEMBER 14, 2022, AS AMENDED BY BOND ORDINANCE NUMBER 2024-41 FINALLY ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 25, 2024, TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION THEREIN BY $1,622,000 AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,542,000 ADDITIONAL BONDS OR NOTES TO FINANCE PART OF THE COSTS THEREOF Purpose: The purpose of the bond ordinance is to amend Bond Ordinance No. 2022-25, as previously amended by Bond Ordinance No. 2024-41, to increase the appropriation and authorization amounts.
