Proposed new rear addition would have a rear yard setback of 9.5' where 20' is required as per Borough ordinance 125-12 schedule of area yard and building requirements
On the premises located at 64 Garwood Rd, Fair Lawn, NJ, 07410 and designated as Block 2814 Lot 37 on the Borough of Fair Lawn Tax MaFp.
And any other variances and/or waivers that may be required for this application
Any interest at party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustments.
