Borough of Fair Lawn Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice to Be Published in Official Adjustment Take notice that on the 29 day of June, 2026, at 7:00p.m., a hearing will be held before the Borough of Fair Lawn Zonining Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue, Fair Lawn, New Jersey on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit expansion of a non-conforming structure. Ordinance 125-32C(4) permits expansions without variance provided requirements are meet-existing non-conforming side or front yard set backs are not less than 50% of the required side or front yard setbacks, but in no case closer than 12 feet to the existing dwelling on the adjoining proprerty on the premises located at 7-20 Henderson Blvd and designated as Block 5828 Lot 7 on the Borough of Fair Lawns Town Map. And any other variances and/or waivers that may be required for this application.
