PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on March 26, 2026, the Unified Planning Board of the Borough of Keyport adopted a Resolution memorializing the approval of the minor site plan and use "d(1)" variance application of Jennifer Kaye Meehan granted at the public meeting of the Unified Planning Board held on February 26, 2026 to permit the conversion of the existing single family home into a two-family home, on the premises located in the RA Zone and known as Block 134, Lot 5, having an address of 176 Second Street, Keyport, New Jersey.
The resolution is filed in the Office of the Board Secretary in the Borough's Municipal Building, 70 West Front Street, Keyport, New Jersey, and is available for public inspection during the Borough's regular business hours.
