NATURE OF RELIEF OR VARIANCE DESIRED
A Variance is being requested to reduce the required 100 feet street frontage
to 66 feet street frontage in order to subdivide the premises into two (2) lots.
Both proposed lots will have 66 feet of street frontage.
All other setbacks, area, and coverage will conform for both proposed lots.
In addition, the applicant will be requesting any and all other required variances, waivers and/or ordinance interpretations as may be necessary to effectuate the application.
A public hearing regarding this application will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Lindenwold Borough Offices, 15 N. Whitehorse Pike, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021 at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objections you may have to this application.
