Borough of Lodi Board of Adjustment Meeting Notice Please Take Notice a public hearing before the Lodi Zoning Board of Adjustment has been ordered for March 18, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, first floor, Borough Hall, One Memorial Drive, Lodi, N.J. on the appeal or application for development of the undersigned for a variation from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit the removal of a single family residence to construct a 2-family side by side duplex with a non-conforming lot depth of 95.00 feet where 100 feet is required, and a lot area of 7,379 sf where a 7,500 sf lot is required in the R-2 Zone. The applicant is seeking variances for the front yard setback of 24.5 feet where 25 feet is required, existing non-conforming side yard setback of 4.7 feet where 5 feet is required, existing non-conforming combined side yard setback of 14.4 feet where 15 feet is required. Variances are also requested for two curb cuts of 18 feet each where maximum curb cut width of 16 feet is permitted with a driveway separation of 28 feet where 40 feet is required. The proposed 3-story duplex shall be 31.3 feet in height where 2 stories and 27 feet is permitted in the R-2 zone. The proposed floor area ratio is 0.78 where 0.55 is permitted, and any other variances or waivers as may be required by the Board on the premises known as 16 Savoie St, Lodi, and designated as Block 260, Lot 75 on the Borough's tax map.
