Submissions should include, but are not limited to, the firm's experience, staffing, expertise, and ability to perform the requested services. The RFQ package can be obtained starting on October 13, 2025 from the Borough of Oakland Website https://www.oakland-nj.org/administration/pages/bids-employment-opportunities or pick up at 1 Municipal Plaza, Oakland, NJ 07436 or by emailing Boroclerk@oakland-nj.org. Completed submissions must be delivered to 1 Municipal Plaza, Oakland, NJ 07436 no later than November 12, 2025 by 4:00PM. The outside of the sealed envelope should be clearly marked "RFQ for your type of services." The Borough of Oakland reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the responses.
