Docket No. 25-31 Selman Properties, LP-670 Route 17, Block 6301, Lot 1- Preliminary & Final Site Plan Approval & Variance.

These resolutions memorializing the decisions of the Planning Board with respect to the above matters have been adopted at the meeting of said Board on December 4, 2025 and will be filed in the Building Department located at Borough Hall, One West Jockish Square, Paramus, New Jersey, and will be available for public inspection.
