Borough of Ramsey - Culvert Replacement at Alida Place NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received on or before Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., prevailing local time, in the Council Chambers by the Borough Administrator, Municipal Building, 33 North Central Avenue, Ramsey, New Jersey, for the following: CULVERT REPLACEMENT AT ALIDA PLACE REBID #1 The bid documents have been prepared by the firm LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc. (LAN) and can be inspected at their office at 445 Godwin Ave. Ste. 9, Midland Park, NJ 07432, Telephone #201-447-6400. Commencing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, bid documents for this project will be available for review and/or purchase between the hours of 9:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. on business days at the offices of LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc. (LAN), 445 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, NJ 07432. Bid documents shall be available via link by emailing biddocs@lanassociates.com referencing the name of the project. A One Hundred ($100) Dollar non-refundable deposit for each bid package via cash, check (made payable to LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc. (LAN)), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover is required for each link. Documents will not be sent via overnight mail or US mail. The last day for all questions shall be Friday, October 3, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Addenda will be issued no later than Monday, October 6, 2025. Central Avenue Ramsey, NJ 07446 Attn: Bid Proposal – "SEALED BID ENCLOSED" CULVERT REPLACEMENT AT ALIDA PLACE – REBID #1 No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to the order of the Borough of Ramsey, New Jersey, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, $20,000 maximum, binding the bidder to execute a formal contract in form approved by the Borough within ten (10) days after notification of the acceptance of the bid. Upon the failure of the successful bidder to execute the necessary contract, the deposit made shall be held by the Borough and applied on account of the Borough's claim for damages. Bidders must not submit bids without qualifying conditions or provisions. The Borough reserves the right to waive any defects or informalities in any bid or to accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interests of the Borough.
