Borough of Tucketon Land Use Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Egg Harbor Homes, LLC, owner the applicant, have applied to the Tuckerton Borough Land Use Board for minor subdivision approval and related bulk variance relief for the property commonly known as 411 S. Green Street, Tuckerton, New Jersey, located in the R-75 Single-Family Residential District, and identified on the Borough Tax Map as Block 91, Lots 7, 8 and 15.01.
The application proposes the consolidation and re-subdivision of existing Lots 7, 8 and 15.01 into two new lots, together with any variances, design waivers, submission waivers, exceptions, approvals, interpretations, or other relief that the Board may deem necessary or appropriate, including but not limited to relief related to lot area, lot width, frontage, setbacks, or other applicable bulk zoning requirements. The Board may also consider issues relating to wetlands, wetlands buffers, and whether to grant a waiver from submission of an Environmental Impact Statement or require same.
A public hearing on the application will be held before the Tuckerton Borough Land Use Board on July 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tuckerton Borough municipal building 420 E. Main Street, Tuckerton, New Jersey 08087
At the hearing, any interested person may appear in person or through an attorney and be heard with respect to the application.
The application, plans, maps, and supporting documents are on file and available for public inspection during normal business hours at the office of the Tuckerton Borough Land Use Board / Borough Clerk, 420 E. Main Street, Tuckerton, New Jersey 08087, or such other municipal office where Land Use Board application materials are maintained.
