Borough of Woodcliff Lake Notice Please take notice that the undersigned has appealed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Woodcliff Lake, NJ for a variance from: terms of Article IV Section 380-14B(6)(6)[1] of the Zoning Ordinances so as to permit the following: means of egress stairway from existing basement on the premises 6 Meadow Lane, Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677 resulting in the following variances 8' variance from rear setback and any and all other variances deemed necessary by the Board and its professionals. This appeal is now on the Board's calendar and a public hearing has been ordered for: November 13th, 2025 at 7:00pm. This meeting will be held in person at Borough Hall, 188 Pascack Road, Woodcliff Lake NJ 07677, and the public will be allowed to attend in person at.
