PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made by Barbra Yuhas for both "D" and "C" variances/site plan approval from the Zoning Law of the Borough of Woodland Park under Chapter 22, Section 2-23.1(a)(1), Section 2-23.1(a)(7), and Section 4.6, to permit the installation of a prefabricated garage at the rear of the existing driveway, in the location farthest from the street, for the storage of vehicles, requiring a C variance; and to permit the on-site parking of landscaping trucks and equipment, a D1 use variance. The property in question is located at 2 Oak Ridge Road, Woodland Park, New Jersey, also known as Block 110.12, Lots 13 & 14 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Woodland Park.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that such application is on file with the Board of Adjustment and a public hearing has been scheduled for March 30, 2026 at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Building, 5 Brophy Lane, Woodland Park, New Jersey.
Any person interested in this application may be present or represented by an agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of this application.
