Bourne Recreation Authority REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Pro-Shop @ John Gallo Ice Arena The Bourne Recreation Authority is soliciting sealed proposals under the provisions of Chapter 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws to contract and operate a Pro-Shop at the John Gallo Ice Arena - 231 Sandwich Road – Bourne, MA 02532 - for the period of September 1, 2026 through March 31, 2031 with the potential for an extension of an additional five (5) years at the sole discretion of the Authority. The premises to be leased is approximately 529 square feet. Proposals are due by Friday, July 17, 2026 at 11am. A pre-proposal site inspection is by appointment only by calling the Rink Manager @ 508-759-8904 (x2). A detailed RFP package may be obtained at the Bourne Recreation Authority's Administrative Office located at the John Gallo Ice Arena or by calling 508-759-8904 (x3) or emailing admin@bournerecreationauthority.com. The Authority is soliciting competitive proposals pursuant to a determination that such a process best serves the interest of the Authority and the general public. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, modify, or amend with the consent of the proponent, any proposal prior to acceptance, and to waive any informality, all as the Authority in its sole judgement and discretion, may deem to be in its best interest.
