If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 [seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing]. Failure to so notify the Board and Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.
