Brodhead Creek Regional Authority Invitation to Bid 2026 Annual Bids The Brodhead Creek Regional Authority will receive sealed bids online for the following items: "Well 3 Water Filtration Facility Sludge Removal" – removal and proper disposal of sludge from Authority's Well 3 Water Filtration Facility Waste Tank. "Water Treatment Plant Sludge Removal" – removal and proper disposal of sludge from Authority's Water Treatment Plant Basins. "Water Treatment Plant Chemicals" – purchase of bulk chemicals used at the water treatment plant including Soda Ash, Sodium Hypochlorite, & Delpac 20/20 (Aluminum Chloride Hydroxide Sulfate). "Road Patching Materials" – purchase of Penn DOT 2A Stone Materials. Bids are to be submitted online via the PennBid™ Program before March 25th, 2026 at 2:00PM.
