Buck Creek State Park Inflatable Waterpark Concession NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, through the Division of Parks and Watercraft, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 1501.09 and 1501.10 of the Ohio Revised Code proposes to lease for the operation of an inflatable waterpark at Buck Creek State Park, Clark County, Ohio. The lease will be for a term of approximately four (4) years from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029. Said lease may be renewed at the option of the Director for a period not to exceed four (4) years. The Division of Parks and Watercraft will provide the following areas and facilities at Buck Creek State Park: land area, approximately 650 feet by 225 feet, including sand, grass areas, and walkways; water area, approximately 650 feet by 750 feet; a restroom building; parking lot space, approximately 230 feet by 16 feet. Each space is to be designated for purpose(s) as enumerated in the bid package. The Concessionaire will furnish all equipment, merchandise, materials, supplies, and labor necessary to operate the concession to approved standards during the season of operation and daily hours as defined in the lease specifications. It shall be the intent of the lease that the minimum season of operation shall be the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day annually. Sealed bid proposals will be received in the office of the Division of Parks and Watercraft until 2:00 p.m., January 23, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened thereafter by the Chief or his authorized agent. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. Bid proposal packages are available online at ohiodnr.gov.
