Take notice that Patrick M. Darrah & Robin Nokes have applied to the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT of the Township of South Brunswick for approval of bulk variance to construct a 24' x 26' detached garage, with a side yard setback of 10' where 25' is required and a rear yard setback of 20' where 50' is required and a 8' x 22' covered patio with a rear yard setback of 35' where 50' is required on a .99 acre lot in the RR zone on property known as Block 4, Lot 10.01 on the South Brunswick Township current tax map duplicate. Said property is also commonly known as 305 Friendship Rd.
A hearing on said application will be held by the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT on April 2, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey 08852, at which time any interested person may be heard concerning said application.
A copy of the maps and documents for which approval is sought is on file in the office of the above Board for public inspection during regular business hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) Monday through Friday, except holidays.
