Butler University Allen Whitehill Clowes Ballroom - Public Notice Butler University (4600 Sunset Ave, Indianapolis IN 46208) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Butler University Allen Whitehill Clowes Ballroom project area located approximately 530 Feet North of the crossing of Sunset Avenue and Butler Way. The site is located on the west side of Sunset Avenue. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Crooked Creek – White River.
