Byram Township Planning Board - Public Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, Jill & Shawn Steffens, has made an application to the Byram Township Planning Board ("Board") regarding property known and referenced to as Block 249, Lot 89.02, located at 99 Lake Drive, Stanhope, NJ 07874. The subject property is located in the R-5 zone. The applicant is seeking approval to construct a two-story single-family home. The applicant requires variances for front yard setback, side yard setback, maximum principal building coverage, maximum lot disturbance, and minimum setback from the existing lake, as well as any and all other variances, waivers, permits, approvals, or licenses that are deemed necessary and appropriate by the Board.
