CAILLOU ISLAND FIELD - 10 - CAILLOU ISLAND FIELD 26-221 and 26-222 LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF LOUISIANA, DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND ENERGY, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026, upon the application of HILCORP ENERGY COMPANY. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the R-V Zone, Reservoir A and W1-W2 Zone, Reservoir A, in the Caillou Island Field, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. R-V ZONE, RESERVOIR A (ORDER NO. 411-PPPPP) 1. To permit the applicant to designate and utilize its S.L. 1247 No. 35 Well as an additional alternate unit well for the R-V RA SUA, at the location shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To permit the operator to produce the unit allowable from the existing unit well, the existing alternate unit well, or the proposed additional alternate unit well, or from the combination of the wells at its option. 3. To find that the proposed additional alternate unit well is necessary to economically and efficiently drain reserves from the R-V RA SUA which cannot be economically and efficiently recovered by any existing well within such unit. 4. Except to the extent herein designated to continue in full force and effect the provisions of Office of Permitting and Compliance Order No. 411-PPPPP. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The R-V Zone, Reservoir A was fully defined in Order No. 411-PPPPP, effective December 1, 2020. W1-W2 ZONE, RESERVOIR A (ORDER NO. 411-YYYY) 1. To permit the applicant to designate and utilize its S.L. 1247 No. 35 Well as an additional alternate unit well for the W1-W2 RA SUA, at the location shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To permit the operator to produce the unit allowable from the existing unit well, the existing alternate unit well, or the proposed additional alternate unit well, or from the combination of the wells at its option. 3. To find that the proposed additional alternate unit well is necessary to economically and efficiently drain reserves from the W1-W2 RA SUA which cannot be economically and efficiently recovered by any existing well within such unit. 4. Except to the extent herein designated to continue in full force and effect the provisions of Order No. 411-YYYY. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The W1-W2 Zone, Reservoir A was fully defined in Order No. 411-YYYY, effective November 30, 2010.
