CALL OF ELECTION TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE NORTHWEST FIRE DISTRICT OF PIMA COUNTY, ARIZONA You are hereby notified that a special bond election will be held in and for the Northwest Fire District (the "District") on November 3, 2026, to submit to the District's electors the following question: Shall Northwest Fire District of Pima County, Arizona, be authorized to issue and sell bonds of the District in the principal amount not to exceed $73,000,000, bearing interest at a rate of not to exceed 8.00% per annum and extending for a term not exceeding twenty (20) years and use the proceeds of such bonds, including any premium, to finance and/or refinance certain improvements in the District including, but not limited to, (i) construct, improve, demolish, and equip fire stations and related facilities, (ii) acquire land, apparatus, and equipment and (iii) paying all costs in connection with the issuance and sale of such bonds. All qualified electors of the District (those who are qualified electors registered to vote in Pima County and reside within the District) are eligible to vote in the election. LLAMADO A ELECCIÓN PARA LOS ELECTORES CALIFICADOS DEL DISTRITO DE BOMBEROS DEL NOROESTE DEL CONDADO DE PIMA, ARIZONA Por el presente se da aviso que una elección de bonos especial se celebrará en y para el Distrito de Bomberos del Noroeste (el "Distrito") el 3 de noviembre de 2026, para hacerles a los electores del Distrito la siguiente pregunta: ¿Se debe autorizar al Distrito de Bomberos del Noroeste del Condado de Pima, Arizona, para que emita y venda bonos del Distrito de la cantidad principal que no excederá de $73,000,000, que devengarán intereses a una tasa que no será superior a un 8.00% anual y que se extenderá por un plazo que no excederá de veinte (20) años y para que utilice los ingresos de dichos bonos, incluida cualquier prima, para financiar o refinanciar ciertas mejoras en el Distrito, que incluyen, entre otras, lo siguiente: (i) construir, mejorar, demoler y equipar las estaciones de bomberos y las instalaciones conexas, (ii) adquirir terrenos, aparatos y equipos y (iii) pagar todos los costos relacionados con la emisión y venta de dichos bonos?
