CAMBRIDGE LICENSE COMMISSION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 138, that Michette, LLC d/b/a Michette, 305 Webster Avenue #100, has applied for a new Common Victualler Wine & Malt License with seating for 20 inside, and a maximum inside occupancy of 25. The proposed hours are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. all days with alcohol service starting at 5:00 p.m. all days. Thomas Ferte as proposed Manager of Record of a premises described as: 1,400 sf bakery/cafe on one floor with customer service area and production kitchen. 2 entrances and exits. The hearing on this application will be held on October 28, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. and will be held by remote participation via Zoom. The Zoom conference link will be listed on the Board's agenda which will be posted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting and can be found on the License Commission's website at cambridgema.gov/license.
