CAMBRIDGE LICENSE COMMISSION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 138, that Hinoki Cambridge, Inc. d/b/a Chanh Chanh, 1092 Cambridge Street, has applied for a new Common Victualler All Alcohol License. The proposed hours are 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. all days with seating for 57. Xiang Zhang as proposed Manager of Record of a premises described as: Approximately 2,000 sq.ft. with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and restrooms. One entrance and two exits. Storage in basement. The hearing on this application will be held on January 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be held by remote participation via Zoom. The Zoom conference link will be listed on the Board's agenda which will be posted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting and can be found on the License Commission's website at cambridgema.gov/license.
