CAMBRIDGE LICENSE COMMISSION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 138, that Arrow Café, LLC d/b/a Faro Café, 5 Arrow Street, has applied to transfer the existing General On Premises Wines Only License held by Faro Café, LLC, at the same location. The proposed hours of operation are 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. all days with seating for 24 inside and 44 outside with an outside occupancy of 93. Matthew Wallace as proposed Manager of Record of a premises described as: Approximately 845 square feet on the bottom floor of the 3-story building with two rooms inside, one with a coffee bar and tables and the other with just tables. ADA-compliant bathroom in the rear of the space. There is only one public entrance/exit, located in the front of the shop. The back of the space will have a small storage area. Includes outdoor area on the private way of approximately 652 sq. ft. Applicant is also applying for a Change of License Category to Wine & Malt License with Cordial/Liqueurs Permit and an Entertainment License for indoors and outdoors to include live music with amplification. The hearing on this application will be held on March 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be held by remote participation via Zoom. The Zoom conference link will be listed on the Board's agenda which will be posted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting and can be found on the License Commission's website at cambridgema.gov/license.
