CAMBRIDGE LICENSE COMMISSION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 138, that Stinky Snacks, LLC d/b/a Althea Restaurant, 907 Main Street, has applied for a new Common Victualler All Alcohol License with proposed seating for 82 seats inside, and inside occupancy of 180, 45 patio seats and an outside occupancy of 198 with hours of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday. Greg Reeves as proposed Manager of Record of a premises described as: The restaurant and bar space consists of 1495 sq. ft. on the first floor of a hotel. The kitchen space is in the basement of the hotel. The Restaurant will also provide room service to the hotel space which consists of a lobby area and enclosed outdoor patio. 67 Guest rooms (22 on second, third, and fourth floors, and penthouse unit of fifth floor). Total square footage of the Hotel is 26,202 sq ft. The first floor consists of the lobby (552 sq. ft.), Enclosed outdoor Courtyard (1284 sq. ft.). Restaurant and Bar (1495 sq. ft.). The basement includes storage as well as the kitchen for the first floor restaurant. The Second floor consists of 22 guest rooms (7,092 sq. ft.). The third floor consists of 22 guest rooms (7,083 sq. ft.) the Fourth floor consists of 220 guest rooms (7,083 sq. ft.). The Fifth floor consists of a penthouse guest room unit (996 sq. ft.). The hearing on this application will be held on June 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be held by remote participation via Zoom.
