CAPE COD REGIONAL GOVERNMENT ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES Notice of Public Hearings Proposed Ordinance Nos. 2026-01 & 2026-02 On January 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., the Cape Cod Regional Government (Barnstable County) Assembly of Delegates will hold hybrid (in-person and virtual) public hearings on Proposed Ordinance 2026-01, Fiscal Year 2027 Capita Budget and Proposed Ordinance 2026-02, Appropriating the sum of $4,563,215 to the Capital Stabilization Fund established in Ordinance 2020-17 by transferring funds from the Unreserved Fund Balance. The public hearings will be held in the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Center at the Barnstable County Courthouse Complex, 3195 Main Street – Route 6A, in the town of Barnstable, and via Microsoft Teams. The hearings will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinances. The full text of the proposed ordinances has been electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County. They are also available on the Cape Cod Regional Government website. Instructions on accessing the public hearings will be detailed on the Assembly of Delegates Business Calendar for January 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. located at https://www.capecod.gov/county-government/meeting-center/.
