CAPE COD REGIONAL GOVERNMENT ASSEMBLY of DELEGATES Notice of Public Hearings Proposed Ordinances 2026-08, 2026-09, 2026-10 and 2026-12 On April 15, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., the Cape Cod Regional Government (Barnstable County) Assembly of Delegates will hold hybrid (in-person and virtual) public hearings on: Proposed Ordinance 2026-08, FY2027 Cape Cod Commission Budget; Proposed Ordinance 2026-09, FY2027 County Dredge Budget; Proposed Ordinance 2026-10, FY2027 County Operating Budget;and Proposed Ordinance 2026-12, To transfer non-material remaining balances of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant funds by moving them from the Towns and Small/Medium Grant Tranches to the ARPA Administrative budget to ensure the expenditure of these funds.. The public hearing(s) will be held in the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Center at the Barnstable County Courthouse Complex, 3195 Main Street – Route 6A, in the town of Barnstable, and via Microsoft Teams. The hearings will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinances. The full text of the proposed ordinances have been electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County. They are also available on the Cape Cod Regional Government website. Instructions on accessing the public hearings will be detailed on the Assembly of Delegates Business Calendar for April 15, 2026 located at https://www.capecod.gov/county-government/meeting-center/. Written comments can also be emailed to owen.fletcher@capecod.gov before noon on the date of the public hearing.
