NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Taxiway and Apron Pavement Preservation Project 2025
Engineer's Estimate $250,000 - $900,000.00
SUMMARY: Carson City Airport is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Taxiway and Apron Pavement Preservation Project 2025. The project includes removing existing pavement markings in the treatment area, seal existing cracks with joint sealant, application of asphalt emulsion treatment, and then application of pavement markings in the location of existing markings.
CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that all bidders shall be licensed by the State of Nevada to do the type and value of work contemplated in this project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid and applicable contractor's license issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board under the provisions of Chapter 624 of Nevada Revised Statutes, at the time of submitting its bid.

QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be submitted via NGEM under the "QUESTIONS TAB" or emailed directly to Brian Martinezmoles at BMartinezmoles@WoodRodgers.com and can be submitted any time up to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
SEALED BIDS must be received by the Carson City Airport Authority at the Carson City Airport Office located at 2600 Ease College Parkway, Carson City, NV 89706.
BID OPENING will be held in person at 3:01 p.m. on April 15, 2026. Bidders, their representatives, and all other interested persons may be present during the bid opening.
AWARD RECOMMENDATION will be made by the Carson City Airport Authority.
BID AWARD will be made by the Carson City Airport Authority and is tentatively scheduled for April 15, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Robert "Bob" Crowell Board Room of the Carson City Community Center, 851 East William Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701 beginning at 4:30 p.m.
PRICES must be quoted FOB Carson City, Nevada and are valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the BID OPENING.
