CARSON CITY PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS BID No. 26300272 PWP-CC-2026-189 Southeast Sewer Conversion Project Phase 9B Project Engineer's Estimate $1,042,000 SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment and incidentals necessary for the Southeast Mandatory Sewer Extension Project Phase 9B. The project includes the installation of backyard sewer mains and laterals for the residents located within Phases 9 and 10 of the City Master Plan. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications, and special conditions related hereto. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that all bidders shall be licensed by the State of Nevada to do the type and value of work contemplated in this project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid and applicable contractor's license issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board under the provisions of Chapter 624 of Nevada Revised Statutes, at the time of submitting its bid. BID DOCUMENTS: Digital copies of the plans, specifications and related documents for this project may be examined and downloaded through the link on the Carson City website http://www.carsoncity.gov/bids. QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be submitted via NGEM under the "QUESTIONS TAB" and can be submitted any time up to a minimum of (4) working days prior to bid opening. ADDENDA: All addenda can be found through the link on Carson City's website. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed bid.
