CARSON CITY PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS BID No. 26300312 PWP-CC-2026-323 RACC Sidewalk Improvements on West Clearview Drive and Cochise Street Engineer's Estimate $355,000 SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the (RACC) Sidewalk Improvements - West Clearview Drive and Cochise Street Project. The project includes sidewalk and ADA improvements made to West Clearview Drive and South Curry Street in Performance District #4. The project is locally funded. It is planned to be awarded by May 2026, and construction is expected to start in June 2026. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that all bidders shall be licensed by the State of Nevada to do the type and value of work contemplated in this project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid and applicable contractor's license issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board under the provisions of Chapter 624 of Nevada Revised Statutes, at the time of submitting its bid. BID DOCUMENTS: Digital copies of the plans, specifications and related documents for this project may be examined and downloaded through the link on the Carson City website http://www.carson.org/bids. QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be submitted via NGEM under the "QUESTIONS TAB" and can be submitted any time up to a minimum of (4) working days prior to bid opening. ADDENDA: All addenda can be found through the link on Carson City's website. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed bid.
