CARSON CITY PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS BID No. 27300034 PWP-CC-2026-385 D3 Butti & Airport Pavement Preservation Project Engineer's Estimate $494,500 SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Airport Road from 5th Street to Butti Way and Butti Way from Airport Road to Fairview Drive. The Project will perform crack sealing, crack repair, and surface treatment on Airport Rd. from 5th St to Butti Way and Butti Way from Airport Rd. to Fairview Dr. The project includes but is not limited to application of type 3 modified rapid setting slurry seal; asphaltic concrete pavement patching, ADA ramps, bus stop pad, and signing and striping improvements. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: This is a Federal-aid contract and the requirements for such shall apply. On a Federal-aid contract, any Contractor otherwise qualified by the State of Nevada to perform such work is not required to be licensed nor to submit application for license in advance of submitting a bid or having such bid considered, provided, however, that such exception does not constitute a waiver of the State's right under its license laws to require a Contractor, determined to be a successful bidder, to be licensed to do business in the State of Nevada in connection with the award of the contract to him.
