CARSON CITY PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS BID No.'s (1) 27300017 & (2) 27300018 PWP No.'s (1) CC-2026-349 & (2) CC-2026-350 City-Wide Slurry & Striping Project (1) Fuji Park & (2) Public Works, Animal Services, Cemetery, JAC Office and the South Carson Biking Path SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the (1) 2025 City-Wide Slurry and Restripe: Fuji Park and (2) 2025 City-Wide Slurry and Restripe: Public Works, JAC office, Cemetery, Animas Services and South Carson Biking Path. The project includes citywide slurry sealing and striping to extend the life of facility-owned parking lots. The project will include slurry, crack repair, patching and striping of the parking lots at (1) Fuji Park and (2) parking lots at Public Works, the JAC Office, the office parking lot at the Cemetery, and the bike path along Carson Street from Clearview Drive to the Stewart roundabout. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that all bidders shall be licensed by the State of Nevada to do the type and value of work contemplated in this project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid and applicable contractor's license issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board under the provisions of Chapter 624 of Nevada Revised Statutes, at the time of submitting its bid. BID DOCUMENTS: Digital copies of the plans, specifications and related documents for this project may be examined and downloaded through the link on the Carson City website http://www.carsoncity.gov/bids. QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be submitted via NGEM under the "QUESTIONS TAB" and can be submitted any time up to April 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. ADDENDA: All addenda can be found through the link on Carson City's website. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed bid.
