CARSON CITY PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION RFQ No. 26300221 City of Fernley Safe Routes to School Action Plan The Carson City Regional Transportation Commission (RTC), hereafter referred to as Carson City or City, invites qualified consulting firms (Proposer(s)) to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for City of Fernley Safe Routes to School Safety Action Plan Update. This is a Federally Funded Project using Transportation Alternative Program Grant Funding. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Documents and Requirements as set forth in the formal "Request for Qualifications." RFQ DOCUMENTS may be downloaded through the link on Carson City's website http://carson.org/Bids ADDENDA: All addenda are posted through the link on the City's website. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed proposal. SOQ must be submitted electronically through the online solicitation system Nevada Government Electronic Marketplace ("NGEM") by no later than, 2:00 p.m. on November 13, 2025. RECOMMENDATION FOR AWARD will be made by Carson City Public Works – Transportation Division, based on the evaluation results of the Review and Selection Committee. Once the committee has made a recommendation, the results will be posted on Carson City's website www.carson.org/bids and all respondents will be notified by e-mail of the recommendation for award to the successful respondent. FINAL SELECTION will be made by the Carson City Regional Transportation Commission and is anticipated to be considered at their January 14, 2026. Should it become necessary to reschedule the date set for award, notice will be provided to those finalists selected. In all instances, a decision rendered by RTC shall be deemed final.
