NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Probate Department of the above-named Court, the Petition to Admit Will to Probate and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Richard Thomas Matulich, Deceased, will be considered and heard. A true and correct copy of the Petition For Probate of Will and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary is attached hereto as Exhibit "A." The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only.
