CHAMBERLAIN FAMILY APARTMENTS, LTD. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: AVELLA NORTH PORT.
Chamberlain Family Apartments, Ltd. is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide Preconstruction Services and Construction Services for the Avella North Port development, an income-restricted residential community located in the City of North Port, Florida.
Project Description: The existing site is located within the City of North Port, at the North west corner of North Chamberlain Blvd. and Zellwood Terrace. The project will consist of 216 income-restricted residential units distributed across multiple three-story walk-up buildings. The unit mix will include a combination of two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments. In addition to residential units, the development will include a community building with a leasing office, community room, and shared amenity space, as well as outdoor recreational features such as a playground and landscaped open areas. All development activities must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including HUD's CDBG-DR program requirements.
