Motions passed to approve: *MECA Safety Program for 2027-2029 *Tax Rate Request Forms and Millage Collection Procedure Verification *Investment Update *Use of Odmark Pavilion: Foghorn Jazz Band Public Practices *Ordinance 873: Regulation of Tours Amendments including: Hours of Operation from 10a to 4p and no Sundays/Federal Holidays, 15 people/hour, annual license fee of $500 *Amendment to Ordinance 873 previous provision to allow three tour licenses *Direct City Manager to define the nature of temporary and occasional tours and shall present requests to Council and adopt by resolution *Approve Ordinance 873 of 2026 as amended *Special Event Request: Latest Request from Charlevoix Marathon *Extension to Boat Dockage Lease with Whitecap Charters *Kirby Dipert to the Compensation Commission for a term ending December 31, 2029 *Jess Nagel to the Downtown Development Authority Board for a term ending April 30, 2030 *Kirby Dipert to the Zoning Board of Appeals as an Alternate Member for a term to expire on December 31, 2028 Council adjourned at 8:50 pm.
