A petition has been presented to said Court by Michael C. Escher of Brewster, MA representing that he holds joint tenants an undivided part or share of certain land lying in Brewster, the County of Barnstable, and briefly described as follows which he wishes to hold severalty: NORTHEASTERLY by Depot Road, 50' width Public Way, thirty and 04/100 (30.04) feet, as shown on a plan hereinafter mentioned; SOUTHEASTERLY by lands now or formerly of Everett G. Howes and Edith J. Howes and Weston Monks, one thousand one hundred ninety one and 59/100 (1,191.S9) feet, as shown on said plan;SOUTHWESTERLY by land now or formerly of Ruth E. Walters, fifty three and 24/100 (53.24) feet, as shown on said plan;.NORTHERLY by lands now or formerly of Ruth E. Walters and Charles F. Doble, eight hundred eighteen and 07/100 (818.07) feet as shown on said plan;NORTHEASTERLYandNORTHWESTERLY by Lot 1, three hundred twelve and 63/100 (312.63) feet and three hundred sixty five and 00/100 (365.00) feet as shown on said plan. Being shown as LOT 2 and containing 189,300 square feet, more or less (4.35 acres, more or less) on a plan entitled: "Plan showing a Division of Land in Brewster, Mass., prepared for Robert M. Granville & Nancy G. Bone, Scale: 1'=40', 21 Nov. 1986, Ryder & Wilcox, Inc., P .E. & RLS So/ Orleans, Mass." Which plan is recorded in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 428, Page 48. setting forth that he desires that all of said land may be ordered to be partitioned according to law. If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Barnstable before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the 21st day of October 2025, the return day of this citation.
