CITY COUNCIL CIP AND BUDGET WORKSHOP Monday, February 16, 2026 The Grimes City Council Meeting was held in-person. The meeting was called to order by Mayor David Gisch February 16, 2026, at 4:06 p.m. at the Grimes Community Complex, 410 SE Main Street, Grimes, Iowa. BUSINESS MEETING AGENDA Call to Order CIP and Budget Workshop City staff presented the overall proposed FY27 budget. Mayor and Council reviewed the proposals and discussed potential adjustments and alternatives to address staffing and operational needs.
